BUS ITINERARY

  • Travel duration: 02 hours 40 minutes
  • Departure time: 07:30 am, 09:00 am, 11:00 am, 15:00 pm, 17:00 pm
  • Free pick up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter (pick up time normally around 30 - 45 minutes) then depart to Halong via New Expressway
  • After around one hour of transfer, the bus stops at the rest-stop for around 10 minutes.
  • Arrive Halong Bay after around 2.5 hours of transfer, we drop off the passenger at any hotel around in Bai chay area and Tuan Chau area

SPECIAL NOTE

  • Ticket price does not include meals on the bus
  • The bus stop for several minutes for the toilet, eating food and drinks
  • The bus has no schedule on Holiday season or National days such as these days: from 29th April to 2nd May, from 1st September to 3rd September

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 15 days before check-in: FREE of charge
  • From 07 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 07 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

 

CHILDREN POLICY

  • FREE of charge for child under 5 year old sharing bed & meal with parents. Surcharge for extra bed:
  • Child from 5 - 11 year old: sharing cabin with parents: 80% adults rate. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.
  • Child from 12 year old count as adults.
