We provide a free hotel pick-up service to transfer passengers directly from their hotel to our office.
In Ha Long:
In Ha Long, we provide shuttle transfer services to pick up passengers and take them to our office or the bus terminal. This service is available in areas such as Ha Long City, Bai Chay, and Tuan Chau Harbor.
If you wish to use the pick-up service, please kindly provide your pick-up location in advance, along with the pier number at Tuan Chau Harbor, so that we can arrange the most suitable vehicle for you.
Important Pickup Notice:
For locations using shuttle pickup service, passengers will be picked up approximately 1 hour before the bus departure time.
For example, if your bus departs at 22:00, please be present at the pickup point by 21:00.
The shuttle vehicle will arrive between 21:00 – 21:30.
If passengers are not present at the pickup point during this time, the shuttle driver will proceed to the next stop without waiting.
In this case, passengers will be required to travel on their own to the bus office or departure station to continue the journey.

Cancellation conditions are applied based on the number of cabins booked or private charter bookings:
Bookings of 1–5 Cabins

Cancellation at least 72 hours before the departure time: Free of charge

Cancellation within 24–72 hours before the departure time: 50% cancellation fee

Cancellation within 24 hours before the departure time or No Show: 100% cancellation fee
Bookings of 6–10 Cabins

Cancellation at least 5 days before departure: Free of charge

Cancellation within 3–5 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

Cancellation within 3 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee
Bookings of 11 Cabins or More / Private Charter

Cancellation at least 7 days before departure: Free of charge

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
In the event that the trip is officially canceled by government authorities due to bad weather, before the departure date and the service has not been used, a 100% refund will be provided.

This is due to traffic restrictions, road closures, and high passenger volume on certain routes. In These Cases:
Passengers are kindly requested to travel to the office or bus station by themselves, following the map link provided by our staff.
Booking Confirmation & Support
- Your ticket will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving complete passenger information and successful payment.
- If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact our operations department immediately.
- In case tickets are sold out, we will proactively contact and inform you via email so you can adjust your departure time or switch to another suitable mode of transportation.
- If you do not agree to any changes, we will refund 100% of the amount via the original payment method.
