If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Children under 5 years old:
Free of charge when sharing a seat with parents.
Surcharge applies if a separate seat is required.
Children from 5 – 11 years old:
01 separate seat is required, charged at 80% of the adult rate.
Children from 12 years old and above:
01 separate seat is required, charged at 100% of the adult rate.
