• From 07 to 10 days before departure date: 50% of total amount
• Less than 07 days before departure date or No Show: 100% of total amount
2. Cancellation due to Bad Weather
• If the cancellation is announced by the Government Management Board and occurs before the
departure date (when no services have been used): 100% refund
