Currently, HK Buslines operates a modern fleet of approximately 200 VIP cabin sleeper buses, featuring a two-level design (upper and lower decks) to ensure maximum comfort, privacy, and a quiet travel experience throughout the trip.

Each passenger is provided with one private VIP cabin, complete with a privacy curtain, making it ideal for long-distance travel and extended rest.

If you do not use the shuttle service, kindly arrive at the office or pick-up point at least 40 minutes before departure
Pick-up conditions vary by area: some locations allow individual pick-up, while others require a minimum of 5 passengers for remote pick-up service

Shuttle Pick-up & Drop-off Service

In Ha Long:

In Ha Long, we provide shuttle transfer services to pick up passengers and take them to our office or the bus terminal. This service is available in areas such as Ha Long City, Bai Chay, and Tuan Chau Harbor.

If you wish to use the pick-up service, please kindly provide your pick-up location in advance, along with the pier number at Tuan Chau Harbor, so that we can arrange the most suitable vehicle for you.

Important Pickup Notice:
For locations using shuttle pickup service, passengers will be picked up approximately 1 hour before the bus departure time.

For example, if your bus departs at 22:00, please be present at the pickup point by 21:00.
The shuttle vehicle will arrive between 21:00 – 21:30.

If passengers are not present at the pickup point during this time, the shuttle driver will proceed to the next stop without waiting.
In this case, passengers will be required to travel on their own to the bus office or departure station to continue the journey.

Child Policy

Children aged 6 years and above: Charged at the adult fare (one separate ticket required)
Children aged 1–5 years: Free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation conditions are applied based on the number of cabins booked or private charter bookings:

Bookings of 1–5 Cabins

Cancellation at least 4 days before departure: Free of charge
Cancellation within 3 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Bookings of 6–10 Cabins

Cancellation at least 5 days before departure: Free of charge
Cancellation within 3–5 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 3 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Bookings of 11 Cabins or More / Private Charter

Cancellation at least 7 days before departure: Free of charge
Cancellation within 5–7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 5 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather

In the event that the trip is officially canceled by government authorities due to bad weather, before the departure date and the service has not been used, a 100% refund will be provided.

Some buses are equipped with onboard restrooms, while others are not. However, the bus always makes regular rest stops for restroom breaks and meals to ensure passenger comfort.

Important Notes & Public Holidays

100% refunds apply only if the trip is officially canceled by government authorities due to severe weather conditions
Passenger insurance coverage up to VND 20,000,000 per person
Passengers are strongly recommended to purchase additional personal travel insurance

During major public holidays and peak travel periods, free shuttle pick-up/drop-off to and from offices is not available, including but not limited to:

Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday)
Western New Year
Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day
National Day
Other major public holidays as regulated

This is due to traffic restrictions, road closures, and high passenger volume on certain routes. In These Cases :

Passengers are kindly requested to travel to the office or bus station by themselves, following the map link provided by our staff.

Booking Confirmation & Support

Your ticket will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving complete passenger information and successful payment.
If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact our operations department immediately.
In case tickets are sold out, we will proactively contact and inform you via email so you can adjust your departure time or switch to another suitable mode of transportation.
If you do not agree to any changes, we will refund 100% of the amount via the original payment method.
