HK Buslines (Viet Express Travel) is a premium VIP cabin sleeper bus operator connecting Vietnam’s top travel destinations, including:

Each passenger is provided with one private VIP cabin, complete with a privacy curtain, making it ideal for long-distance travel and extended rest.

Important Pickup Notice:
For locations using shuttle pickup service, passengers will be picked up approximately 1 hour before the bus departure time.

For example, if your bus departs at 22:00, please be present at the pickup point by 21:00.
The shuttle vehicle will arrive between 21:00 – 21:30.

If passengers are not present at the pickup point during this time, the shuttle driver will proceed to the next stop without waiting.
In this case, passengers will be required to travel on their own to the bus office or departure station to continue the journey.

Bookings of 1–5 Cabins

  • Cancellation at least 4 days before departure: Free of charge

  • Cancellation within 3 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Bookings of 6–10 Cabins

  • Cancellation at least 5 days before departure: Free of charge

  • Cancellation within 3–5 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation within 3 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Bookings of 11 Cabins or More / Private Charter

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before departure: Free of charge

  • Cancellation within 5–7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation within 5 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather

In the event that the trip is officially canceled by government authorities due to bad weather, before the departure date and the service has not been used, a 100% refund will be provided.

  • Free pick-up service in the city centers of major destinations
    (Hanoi – Old Quarter, Sapa, Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat, and more)

  • Service offices with waiting lounges where passengers can wait comfortably and store luggage free of charge

  • Some buses are equipped with onboard restrooms, while others are not. However, the bus always makes regular rest stops for restroom breaks and meals to ensure passenger comfort.

  • 24/7 customer support available via hotline, email, and official website

Service Commitment

  • Transparent pricing with no hidden fees

  • Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized after every trip

  • Priority given to using the newest vehicles in our fleet

Important Notes & Public Holidays

  • 100% refunds apply only if the trip is officially canceled by government authorities due to severe weather conditions

  • Passenger insurance coverage up to VND 20,000,000 per person

  • Passengers are strongly recommended to purchase additional personal travel insurance

During major public holidays and peak travel periodsfree shuttle pick-up/drop-off to and from offices is not available, including but not limited to:

  • Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday)

  • Western New Year

  • Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day

  • National Day

  • Other major public holidays as regulated

This is due to traffic restrictions, road closures, and high passenger volume on certain routes. In These Cases :
