For Group Bookings (10 passengers or more):

• ≥ 25 days before departure: Free cancellation
• 10–25 days before departure: 20% of fare charged
• 07–10 days before departure: 50% charged
• 02–07 days before departure: 70% charged
• Within 48 hours: No refund or change permitted

For Individual Bookings (Under 10 passengers):

• ≥ 15 days before departure: Free cancellation
• 5 – 15 days: 50% charged
• 2- 5 days: 70% charged
• Within 48 hours: Non-refundable

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation time and are subject to bank transfer timelines.

• All train ticket prices include basic passenger insurance as regulated by Vietnam Railways.
  This basic insurance covers standard passenger liability while traveling onboard.
• Viet Express Travel strongly recommends all passengers to purchase additional comprehensive travel insurance for full protection during the trip.
  A travel insurance policy should cover:
• Trip cancellation or schedule changes
• Loss or damage of luggage and personal belongings
• Loss of money or important travel documents
