HK Open Bus offers only 24 sleeper beds, instead of the usual 34 or 40 found on standard buses (each bed is 85 cm wide and 180 cm long). To meet the diverse needs of passengers, HK Open Bus provides multiple departure times throughout the day along with different service price options, allowing travelers to freely choose what best suits their needs.

Each bed is equipped with a personal curtain and entertainment system (screen and headset), providing passengers with both comfort and privacy. The bus is also fully furnished with modern amenities such as blankets, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a restroom, television, Wi-Fi, and complimentary drinking water.
In addition, HK Open Bus offers extra premium features, including a massage bed system, reading lights, USB charging ports, a 17-inch LCD entertainment screen with headphones, and access to hundreds of HD content options for passengers to enjoy.
