At 8:00 - 8:30, a shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will be waiting for you in the heart of Hanoi to take you on a scenic 2.5-hour journey to the Tuan Chau Cruise Port.
Once you arrive, check-in at the cruise lounge and get ready to embark on the ship. You'll receive a welcome drink and safety instructions before checking in to your cabin.
