Sapa HK Open Bus only has 24 beds instead of the usual 34 or 40 beds ( the bus with the 80cm wide, 175cm long ). In order to meet the diverse needs of passengers, Sapa HK Open Bus provides the best time slots throughout the day and different service price options. Passengers can freely choose according to their own needs.

Each bed has its own curtain and entertainment system (screen, headset), creating a feeling of both comfort and privacy for passengers. The car is also fully equipped with modern amenities such as blankets, air conditioning, refrigerator, wc, television, wifi and free drinking water.

Free pick up from Hanoi Hotel to bus station :30 minutes to 50 minutes before departure time, we will pick you up for free from your hotel in the old town to the bus office. Please fill in your hotel address or accommodation information 12 hours in advance so we can I arrange the shuttle van. Or you can come to our office in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter to leave your luggage and we have a free shower for you. our office is 13 Hang Muoi street -Hoan Kiem-Hanoi ( Viet Express Travel office ).

Free Pick up inside the airport : We will pick you up for free at the airport, pick up time at the international or domestic airport 1 hour after departure time from Hanoi. Exambple Departime from Hanoi at 22:00 PM we will pick up in the Airport at 23:00 Pm. 

Free transfer service to hotel applies both when picking up and dropping off passengers in Sapa town. please note your hotel in Sapa for us.

Free drop off inside the airport : From Sapa to Hanoi you can request to return it at the airport, only after 5 hours from Sapa to Hanoi airport.

Next Bus Station : we will drop off in 160 Tran Quang Khai - Hanoi old quarters (If you arrive in Hanoi early in the morning, you can come to our office to drop off your luggage and take a shower for free ).

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation due to bad weather : If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Sapa, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

CHILDREN POLICY: 

• FREE of charge for child under 5 year old sharing bed & meal with parents. Surcharge for extra bed:
• Child from 5 - 11 year old: sharing cabin with parents: 80% adults rate. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.
• Child from 12 year old count as adults.

SPECIAL NOTE:

• You can leave your luggage and take free shower at our office
• Ticket price does not include meals on the bus
• The bus stop for several times for the toilet, eating food and drinks
• The bus has no schedule on Holiday season or National days such as these days: from 29th April to 2nd May, from 1st September to 3rd September
