Laman Express is a private railway company in Vietnam, operating sleeper carriages on major routes such as Hanoi – Lao Cai (Sapa), as well as Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Dong Hoi – Hue – Da Nang. Laman Express attaches its private, high-quality cabins to Vietnam Railways’ operating trains, so the schedules on all routes remain the same as the national railway timetable. We will provide either a voucher or an electronic boarding pass.
You can board the train directly, or our operation team can meet you at the station to guide you to the correct platform and cabin.
Upon arrival, please arrive at least 60 minutes before departure and present your train voucher to exchange for a hard ticket.
Our staff will assist with check-in, and boarding guidance.
At the time of ticket issuance: A 20% deposit is required.
15 days before departure: Full payment must be completed.
More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
14–30 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee
Within 13 days of departure: Non-refundable, non-changeable
