🚐 Shuttle Service

Distance: Lao Cai Railway Station ↔ Sapa Town – 33 km
Travel time: 50 minutes by private car or 60 minutes by shared minivan

Transfer Options:

• Shuttle Bus: USD 3 / person / way

• Private Car (4–16 seats): available upon request

👉 If you book the transfer service together with your train ticket:

• Upon arrival at Lao Cai Station, the driver will wait at the station gate holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

• For the return trip:

  • If taking SP4 (12:05 PM): pick-up at hotel between 09:30 – 10:00 AM

  • If taking SP8 (21:30 PM): pick-up between 17:30 – 18:00 PM

Upon arrival, please arrive at least 60 minutes before departure and present your train voucher to exchange for a hard ticket.

👨‍👩‍👧 Child Policy

• Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult (1 child per adult)

• Children from 6 years old and above: Charged as adults

• Solo travelers who wish to use a private VIP 2-Berth Cabin must book the entire cabin

📋 Cancellation & Amendment Policy

All booking or cancellation requests must be confirmed via email or fax – phone cancellations are not accepted.

• 30 days before departure: Finalize ticket quantity

• 20–30 days before departure: 20% charge

• 10–20 days before departure: 30% charge

• 05–10 days before departure: 70% charge

• Within 05 days of departure: Non-refundable
