Viet Express Travel was recommended by a Thai friend when we were planning our trip to Vietnam. We visited Sa Pa and surroundings, Tuyen Quang, Ba Be national park and Ban Gioc waterfalls amongst others. Have a drink made out of sugar canes in the house of a local family, stop along the way to buy local food and have it prepared in a restaurant. I used this site to book a sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Although there were initial bugs with the online platform, calling the listed number on the website gave me a direct line of communication to Huong who was extremely helpful. She set up my booking, organized a taxi to the bus stop from my hotel, and personally arrived to pick me up with the taxi and take me to the bus. Huong and Tuyet answered messages on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Absolutely would recommend!
