  • If you do not use the shuttle service, kindly arrive at the office or pick-up point at least 40 minutes before departure

  • Pick-up conditions vary by area: some locations allow individual pick-up, while others require a minimum of 5 passengers for remote pick-up service

The bus provides free shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off at:

  • Ha Giang Old City Center
  • Sapa town center

Important Pickup Notice:

  • For locations using shuttle pickup service, passengers will be picked up approximately 1 hour before the bus departure time.
  • For example, if your bus departs at 22:00, please be present at the pickup point by 21:00.
    The shuttle vehicle will arrive between 21:00 – 21:30.
  • If passengers are not present at the pickup point during this time, the shuttle driver will proceed to the next stop without waiting.
    In this case, passengers will be required to travel on their own to the bus office or departure station to continue the journey.

Child Policy

  • Children under 6 years old may share a single cabin with a parent.

  • Children 6 years old and above are charged the same fare as adults.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy – Regular Days

More than 24 hours before departure: A full refund (100%) will be issued.

From 12 to 24 hours before departure:

  • Complimentary change of travel date or departure time (subject to availability) or

  • Cancellation fee: 30% of the ticket value.

From 6 to 12 hours before departure:

  • Complimentary change of travel date or departure time (subject to availability) or

  • Cancellation fee: 50% of the ticket value.

Less than 6 hours before departure:

  • Changes or cancellations are not permitted.

  • Cancellation fee: 100% of the ticket value.

Group bookings (5 cabins or more): Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy – Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

More than 5 days before departure: Full refund (100%).

2–5 days before departure:

  • Free change of trip or travel date (subject to availability), or

  • Cancellation fee: 30%.

24–48 hours before departure:

  • Free change of trip or travel date (subject to availability), or

  • Cancellation fee: 50%.

Within 24 hours before departure:

  • No changes or cancellations allowed.

  • Cancellation fee: 100%.

Group bookings (5 cabins or more): Cancellation within 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Important Notes & Public Holidays

  • 100% refunds apply only if the trip is officially canceled by government authorities due to severe weather conditions

  • Passenger insurance coverage up to VND 20,000,000 per person

  • Passengers are strongly recommended to purchase additional personal travel insurance

During major public holidays and peak travel periods, free shuttle pick-up/drop-off to and from offices is not available, including but not limited to:

  • Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday)

  • Western New Year

  • Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day

  • National Day

  • Liberation Day

  • Other major public holidays as regulated

This is due to traffic restrictions, road closures, and high passenger volume on certain routes. In These Cases :

Passengers are kindly requested to travel to the office or bus station by themselves, following the map link provided by our staff.

Booking Confirmation & Support

  • Your ticket will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving complete passenger information and successful payment.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact our operations department immediately.
  • In case tickets are sold out, we will proactively contact and inform you via email so you can adjust your departure time or switch to another suitable mode of transportation.
  • If you do not agree to any changes, we will refund 100% of the amount via the original payment method.
